Former UC Bearcats star Ian Happ of the Chicago Cubs chose a lucky fan who sent a picture wearing his jersey for three tickets he gave away to the team's home opener Tuesday at Wrigley Field.
The Cubs' home opener was postponed from Monday to Tuesday because of snow at Wrigley Field.
On Major League Baseball's Opening Day, Happ led off the first game of the season with a home run. Happ has struggled, however, through his first eight games of the season, with five hits (including the homer) in 35 plate appearances and 18 strikeouts.
