Former University of Cincinnati men's basketball coach John Brannen has joined the coaching staff at the University of Dayton.
Brannen will serve as a program analyst and senior special assistant for the Dayton Flyers men's basketball team. He will oversee the program's analytics, scouting, self-scouting and video analysis, an announcement on the program's website reads.

Anthony Grant, Dayton's head coach of six years, was on the Marshall University coaching staff when Brannen transferred to the school as a player.
