Unrestricted free-agent linebacker and former Cincinnati Bearcats football standout Connor Barwin is headed to his fourth NFL team - just before the start of training camp.
Barwin has agreed to terms with the New York Giants, the linebacker Tweeted late Monday afternoon.
Barwin told SiriusXM NFL Radio earlier this month that he wouldn't go to a team that can't win a Super Bowl.
Barwin worked with Giants linebackers coach Bill McGovern in Philadelphia from 2013 to 2015.
Barwin told GQ.com he was happy for former Philadelphia Eagles teammates as well as the city following their Super Bowl LII win, but also was "kind of bummed" that he missed out on it.
