New University of Cincinnati head football coach Luke Fickell on Wednesday completed his 2017 coaching staff, with the hiring of Willie Martinez as cornerbacks coach.
Fickell did not retain any on-field assistants from previous head coach Tommy Tuberville, who resigned this past December. Martinez most recently was a Tennessee assistant coach, under former UC head coach Butch Jones. Jones let Martinez go last month.
