The federal case against former University of Cincinnati associate head basketball coach Larry A. Davis started when a 23-year-old college student, who was seated next to Davis on an airplane complained to Charlotte-Mecklenburg County (North Carolina) Police.
The woman, who lives in South Carolina and was on an American Airlines flight from Milwaukee to Charlotte on Sept. 12, 2017 told police that Davis "inappropriately touched" her during the flight.
The two-page incident gives no other details about what happened. The Enquirer could not obtain a supplement to the report because police officials said it is not a public record under North Carolina law.
