East Carolina-Cincinnati men's basketball game postponed due to COVID-19 issues at UC

The University of Cincinnati men's basketball team's home game Wednesday against East Carolina has been postponed due to COVID-19 issues.

The American Athletic Conference announced that the game set for 5 p.m. at Fifth Third Arena will not take place as scheduled due to a positive COVID-19 case and the ensuing contact tracing of student-athletes at Cincinnati.

Rescheduling information has yet to be determined.

The Bearcats (3-7, 1-4 AAC) lost 82-76 at Wichita State on Sunday after defeating SMU 76-69 Thursday in Dallas. The victory snapped a five-game losing streak for UC, its longest since the 2007-08 season.
