Defensive tackle Cortez Broughton, the Los Angeles Chargers' seventh-round pick in the 2019 NFL Draft after playing for the Cincinnati Bearcats for the past four years, signed his rookie four-year contract Saturday along with the team's fourth-, fifth- and sixth-round selections.
Broughton gave UC an NFL Draft pick for the fourth consecutive year when the Chargers selected him with the 28th pick of the seventh round - 242nd overall.
