The Cincinnati Bearcats' offense in their first five games this season has looked inconsistent in terms of what the key to victory is. The Bearcats leaned on the run early in the season before turning to the pass in recent weeks, and did a mixture of both on Saturday's win against the Iowa State Cyclones.
Tawee Walker and Evan Pryor as a running back tandem, worked great, and you can see the difference in scheming between the two players. Walker runs in the ball inside the A and B gaps, looking for contact, while Pryor tries to get players to miss in the open field and use his speed to escape defenders.
