Ben Bryant, a redshirt sophomore quarterback for the University of Cincinnati Bearcats, has entered the NCAA transfer portal, according to multiple reports Wednesday.
Bryant has completed 11 of his 14 attempts for 90 yards with a touchdown and added 65 rushing yards on six attempts with a score this season. He had a 40-yard touchdown run in a win against Austin Peay on Sept. 19.
Last season, Bryant completed 29 of his 51 attempts for 388 yards with a touchdown and two interceptions in the seven games in which he appeared.
Bearcats starting quarterback Desmond Ridder, named earlier this week as a semifinalist for the Maxwell Award for Collegiate Player of the Year, is a junior.
