The University of Cincinnati football team is No. 7 in the first College Football Playoff rankings released Tuesday night.
The Bearcats (8-0, 6-0 American Athletic Conference) are the highest-ranked Group of Five team in the history of the playoff rankings.
University of Cincinnati football coach Luke Fickell wasn't sure what time the College Football Playoff selection show starts when asked about it Tuesday afternoon.
"I forgot that that was going on tonight," he said. "What time? I have no idea. Don't we have a radio show?"
