Prior to his senior season at St. Thomas More High School, Betsey is the highest rated recruit from Connecticut according to 247 Sports.
The rising prospect recently cut his finalists to seven schools with Alabama, Cincinnati, Creighton, Duke, Indiana, UConn and Villanova in the mix.
Wes Miller’s coaching staff will continue to target him but UConn is currently projected to land Betsey per On3’s Recruiting Prediction Machine.
