Mick Cronin's University of Cincinnati basketball team is in the middle of another demanding stretch of the season where the Bearcats will play three games in seven days. Thursday night's victory over UCF at Fifth Third Arena is in the books, leaving Sunday's matinee with Connecticut and a road game at SMU Wednesday night.
Coach Dan Hurley's Huskies will no doubt be looking forward to another meeting with Cincinnati as they took the Bearcats to overtime Jan. 12 before falling 74-72 at Fifth Third Arena. Actually, miffed at his team's performance in that game, Cronin forecasted the Huskies would be looking forward to the rematch.
