CBS Sports' Dodd: UC's Luke Fickell among 24 'untouchable' college football coaches in FBS

University of Cincinnati football head coach Luke Fickell moved up from "safe and secure" to "untouchable" after the Bearcats' 11-3 season and Birmingham Bowl rout of Boston College in 2019, according to CBS Sports' Dennis Dodd.

Dodd's 2020 college football "Hot Seat Rankings" evaluate job security for all 130 FBS head coaches, and Fickell's rating improved from 1 (safe and secure) last year to 0 (untouchable) for 2020.

Fickell is one of 24 head coaches to earn the "untouchable" rating, along with Alabama's Nick Saban, Ohio State's Ryan Day, former UC head coach Brian Kelly of Notre Dame and Ed Orgeron - who coached Cincinnati Bengals rookie quarterback Joe Burrow at LSU.
