The Carolina Panthers announced Tuesday that former Cincinnati Bearcats running back Michael Warren II is among four players added to their practice squad.
The Philadelphia Eagles signed Warren in April as an undrafted free agent, but they cut him from their practice squad last month.
The 5-foot-9, 226-pound Warren was the first UC player to declare early for the NFL Draft. He was limited at the NFL Combine in February because of a hamstring injury.
In 38 games with the Bearcats, Warren ran for 2,918 yards and scored 37 touchdowns - including 34 rushing scores.
