The University of Cincinnati Bearcats football team got a commitment Friday via Twitter from Caleb Schmitz, a Class of 2021 athlete from Lititz, Pennsylvania, who played defensive back, receiver and linebacker at Warwick High School.
Schmitz, listed at 6-foot-4 and 200 pounds, chose UC over offers from Temple, Air Force and Army, per 247sports.com, and he tweeted earlier that he received offers from Northern Illinois, Akron, Delaware and Old Dominion.
The Bearcats offered Rainey on May 11.
