Athletic directors from around the American Athletic Conference plan to hold a conference call Friday to address UConn leaving for the Big East, a source close to the AAC told The Enquirer.
A press conference is scheduled for noon on Thursday in New York to reveal the Huskies' move following the school's Board of Trustees unanimous vote Wednesday to return to the Big East beginning in July 2020 in all sports other than football and hockey.
