Official today, C Zack Collins and OF Eloy Jiménez have both been promoted to the AA Birmingham Barons from A-Advanced Winston-Salem.
Zack Collins, the White Sox first-round draft pick in the 2016 MLB draft, has a .343 batting average with the Dash in August and a .500 OBP. In 11 games this month he has collected 2 home runs, 7 RBI and 11 BB with a .686 slugging percentage. In July, Collins represented the White Sox at the SiriusXM All-Star Futures Game in Miami.
