Yesterday’s Highlights
Yolmer Sánchez pounded out three hits, including a pair of triples, and drove in three runs in the Sox’ 10-inning, 9–7 home opening loss yesterday to the Tigers amid the cold and snow at Guaranteed Rate Field.
Matt Davidson added a pair of hits, including a double, walked twice, drove in a run and scored four times. Leury García singled, doubled and drove in two and Avi García singled, doubled and scored twice.
