Yoán Moncada exits the Chicago White Sox-Minnesota Twins game early with a bruised right hand

Chicago White Sox third baseman Yoán Moncada left Thursday’s series finale against the Minnesota Twins before the start of the fourth inning with a bruised right hand.

Moncada suffered the injury while sliding headfirst into third base in the third inning. He received attention from the trainers but remained in the game and scored on a Yasmani Grandal single.
