The Winston-Salem Dash announced Tuesday that NBA point guard Chris Paul is now a part-owner of the team.
Why? Well, Paul was born in Winston-Salem and is a graduate of Wake Forest University, so he’s familiar with the area.
His Houston Rockets are also first in the NBA’s Western Conference, so life’s going well for CP3.
“I am excited to have the opportunity to become involved with a successful organization that has a positive impact on the community,” Paul says. “What could be more fun than being part owner of a minor league baseball team in your hometown?
