White Sox Look to Snap Losing Streak With Series Opener Against Seattle

The Chicago White Sox are still searching for a win on their current six-game homestand. After being swept by the defending World Champion Houston Astros, the Sox will begin a three-game series with the Seattle Mariners on Monday night.

Things haven’t been going well for the Sox since a 3-2 start to the season. The Sox have gone 1-12 since that start and are in the midst of a seven-game losing streak. They will try to snap that losing streak on Monday, but it could be extended to eight games. On Monday, the Sox announced that Miguel Gonzalez was placed on the 10-day disabled list with right rotator cuff inflammation.
