In observation of Memorial Day and remembering those who have fallen, the White Sox extend our deepest gratitude to the families of military service members who gave their full measure of devotion to our country. Today, we welcomed eight Gold Star family members to the ballpark for a special pre-game ceremony as we honored their loved ones who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving our country.
· Kevin and Vonda Rodgers: Gold Star parents of Sergeant Josh Rodgers of the United States Army. Their son enlisted in the Army after graduating high school in 2013. He went on the graduate from the Ranger Assessment and Selection Program at Fort Benning in Georgia.
