White Sox face Blue Jays right-hander making big-league debut

The Blue Jays had planned to start J.A. Happ on Saturday against the White Sox. But they traded him to the Yankees, opening a slot for right-hander John Axford to make his major-league debut.

First pitch at Guaranteed Rate Field is 6:10 p.m.

The Sox will start Lucas Giolito, who is 7-8 with a 6.09 ERA but is enjoying a run of three straight quality starts.
