White Sox drop fifth straight series as scoring drought continues

WGN meteorologist Tom Skilling paced the top of the White Sox dugout before Wednesday's game against the Indians at U.S. Cellular Field, answering questions for the club's annual "Weather Day."

Perhaps the Sox should have asked when they might expect relief from a drought that has caused their lead in the American League Central to wilt to just half a game over the Indians.

Corey Kluber was the latest pitcher to hold the Sox down, allowing one earned run over 7 1/3 to help the Indians to a 4-3 victory.
