White Sox 4, Angels 4: Bats rally to force a tie

The White Sox (0-1-1) got off to a slow start, but rallied with a big fourth inning to force a 4-4 tie against the Angels (1-0-1).

Alex McRae got the start for the White Sox and allowed one run in one inning against the Angels. The Angels scored that run when they got three consecutive one-out singles by Shohei Ohtani, Mike Trout, and Albert Pujols.

In the bottom of the third, the Angels added to their lead against White Sox reliever Ryan Burr. Like the first inning, the Angels’ scoring in the third also started with a Pujols RBI single to drive in Ohtani.
