Two months into the Chicago White Sox season, the ‘strength of this entire clubhouse’ stands out to GM Rick Hahn

CLEVELAND — From the performances of starting pitchers Lance Lynn and Carlos Rodón to the consistency of first baseman José Abreu to the sizzling start by Yermín Mercedes, Chicago White Sox general manager Rick Hahn has had a lot to like through the first two months of the season.

The Sox are in first place in the American League Central even though they’re missing two-thirds of their starting outfield in Eloy Jiménez and Luis Robert.

“The one thing that stands out most to me about this entire unit is the strength of this entire clubhouse,” Hahn said before Tuesday’s game against the Cleveland Indians at Progressive Field.
