After the season ended with the loss to the Oakland Athletics in an American League wild-card series, the Sox are looking to take the next step.

This offseason the Sox started by parting ways with manager Rick Renteria. Finding the new manager is the top priority, but here are three more decisions the Sox face as free agency starts.
