Avi García (pictured above) had a pair of hits to boost his batting average to .318, Yoán Moncada doubled twice and scored and Yolmer Sánchez collected a pair of singles in the Sox’ 4–1 loss to the Twins at Guaranteed Rate Field.
Avi’s two-hit night came on the heels of back-to-back three-hit games.
He is now 19 for 44 (.432) since his return from the disabled list and ranks second to the Astros’ Jose Altuve among all American League hitters.
