White Sox fans have been waiting for the arrival of Eloy Jimenez to the Majors ever since he was acquired in a trade with the Cubs in the Summer of 2017. Jimenez was knocking on the door for a major league promotion late last season but didn’t get promoted when rosters expanded.
Entering this upcoming season, it will likely be hard for the White Sox to keep Jimenez in the minors after the end of Spring Training, even for just a few weeks. However, the 22-year-old slugging outfielder has received some huge praises from his teammates to begin camp for the White Sox.
