Geovany Soto is headed back to the South Side, according to 670 The Score's Bruce Levine.

According to Levine, Soto is expected to return on a minor league deal and compete for a 40-man roster spot. He will join current White Sox catchers Omar Narvaez and Kevan Smith behind the dish.
The 33-year-old is familiar with the White Sox, playing 78 games for the club in 2015.
