You never know what you will — and won’t — get when it comes to NBC Sports Chicago’s White Sox coverage, as viewers found Tuesday night.
Ozzie Guillen, the former Sox shortstop and manager, was talking with Chuck Garfien on the pregame show about how he would really like fans back at Guaranteed Rate Field.
Garfien said Guillen should call Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot about allowing that to happen, and Guillen responded by giving out his mobile phone number before Garfien could stop him.
“Hey,” Guillen said in a video the channel’s @WhiteSoxTalk Twitter account posted.
