NBC Nightly News Anchor Lester Holt made an appearance at Guaranteed Rate Field in Chicago during a five-day, five-city tour across the country earlier this month.
Holt met with White Sox shortstop Tim Anderson prior to the game on May 9 vs. Pittsburgh. Anderson presented Holt with an Anderson’s League of Leaders T-shirt and an official White Sox jersey.
As a longtime anchor for CBS’s WBBM station in Chicago, Holt was happy to be back in Chicago for the day.
