The Indians wasted little time getting after White Sox starter Jose Quintana. The left-handed pitcher allowed two runs in the second inning after right fielder Adam Eaton missed on a diving catch, allowing Lonnie Chisenhall to drive in two runs on a triple. Cleveland added another run in the third after Juan Uribe hit a flyout to center field to score Jose Ramirez from third. At the plate Jose Abreu continues to right the ship from the plate, having one of the two Sox hits. The Sox have struck out three times against Indians starter Corey Kluber.
