We all know that the White Sox are the be-all, end-all of great teams. But heck, they do have days off, and everyone needs a second favorite team to keep the baseball blood flowing during those painful times in which the Sox aren’t currently playing.
I, for one, have fond memories visiting my grandparents in Texas and attending games at the Astrodome and Minute Maid Park (which was Enron Field at the time … oops!). And as a small, Little League second baseman, Craig Biggio was my hero. Unfortunately, the Astros switched from the NL to AL and then decided to cheat their way to the top.
