Lincoln Park resident Andrew Weithe has stepped up to ensure this global health crisis doesn’t lead to an even larger hunger pandemic in our community. Since March, Andrew has volunteered at the Greater Chicago Food Depository, packing non-perishable food boxes for families heavily impacted by the school and business closures. As a manager of an online culinary bookstore and events company, Andrew has taken time out of his busy days to feed hundreds of families in need throughout Chicagoland.
“No matter who you are or where you’re stationed in life, we all need each other somehow,” Andrew says.
