The White Sox are hoping to build off some momentum gained from yesterday’s 2-1 victory over the Tampa Bay Rays. Now, off to Minnesota!
- Lucas Giolito gets the start for the Sox tonight. He’s struggled with his command in his two starts this year, posting a 6.17 ERA with seven walks. His 3.86 K/9 is also lower than last year’s 6.75 (I know, small sample size). Giolito is a strikeout pitcher, so that number should rise as the temperature warms up and the season progresses — let’s hope that starts tonight.
