Evaluating the AL Central: A look at the offseason plans for the Chicago White Sox’s division foes

“The White Sox going to get (pitcher Lance) Lynn, and making a decision like that, it tells you what they’re in it for,” Minnesota Twins manager Rocco Baldelli said Tuesday during a conference call. “They’re not messing around. They’re here to win. And we know when we have to play them, we can’t mess around and we have to play well if we think we have a shot to beat them.”

The Sox and Indians finished tied for second in the AL Central in 2020 at 35-25, one game behind the Twins. All three teams made the playoffs.
