Alex Rodriguez doesn’t know White Sox catcher Welington Castillo, who is serving an 80-game suspension without pay after testing positive for a performance-enhancing substance.
What Rodriguez does know is what it’s like to come back from a lengthy suspension for PED use and salvage his image.
