Yoán Moncada singled on a ground ball to right fielder Nelson Velázquez to bring home Andrew Benintendi. Gavin Sheets’ 2-RBI single drove in Luis Robert Jr. and Eloy Jiménez. To cap off the inning, Elvis Andrus’ ground out brought Yoán Moncada across the plate to extend the White Sox lead to 5–0.
