Welington Castillo snapped an 0-for-23 hitless streak Monday night with a two-run, eighth-inning home run that sent the White Sox to a 5-4 victory over the Royals.
Manager Rick Renteria inserted Palka back in right field for Tuesday night’s game at Guaranteed Rate Field.
Palka got on base three times Monday with two walks and a hit by pitch but has yet to get a hit in 2019. He has struck out 13 times.
“I don't necessarily think he's seeing it all right,” Renteria said Monday.
