Tuesday morning, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame announced the Class of 2017 and joining the likes of Tupac is Pearl Jam and Journey.

Those two bands are well known in Chicago, especially among baseball fans.

Journey's "Don't Stop Believin'" was the White Sox anthem during their 2005 World Series championship.

Steve Perry — Journey's frontman — attended a bunch of White Sox postseason games in '05 and was at the team's rally celebration:

Pearl Jam frontman Eddie Vedder is a notorious Cubs fan, who has formed a friendship with Theo Epstein and attended most every postseason game over the last two years.
