Avisail Garcia has produced more good signs in the past three days than he did in the previous two months.
The White Sox outfielder walked with the bases loaded to force in the winning run in the 10th inning of a 6-5 victory over the Tampa Bay Rays in front of 20,028 at U.S. Cellular Field on Wednesday afternoon. Garcia also had a three-run homer as part of a five-run first by the White Sox, who won for only the second time in seven games to avoid a series sweep by the Rays.
With a man on third and one out, Tampa Bay chose to go after Garcia.
