Following an exciting 3-1 match in Commerce City, Colorado, the United States Women’s National team set course for Nippert Stadium in Cincinnati, Ohio.
In this series, the United States have enjoyed tremendous production from defensive midfielder Julie Ertz. She recently converted from center defender and has found a new home in the defensive midfield. Which is the same position she plays for her club team, the Chicago Red Stars. Ertz was responsible for two USWNT goals on Friday night and Alex Morgan added the game winner.
The game in Cincinnati will be the 12th game on the national team calendar.
