Sunday night's 0-0 friendly against Bosnia and Herzegovina at the StubHub Center in Carson, Calif. formally marked the end of the 2018 U.S. Men's National Team's annual January camp, but also presented a big opportunity for the Chicago Fire's own Matt Polster.
Participating in his first U.S. camp since January of 2016, Polster was named to coach Dave Sarachan's starting XI and earned his first international cap in the process
In a 90-minute outing at right back, Polster helped keep Bosnia and Herzegovina off the board and showed well when getting forward into attack during his international debut.
