The preseason is over, and the Bulls have at least looked like a capable NBA team through six games. They lost in a blowout, 125-104, in the finale against the Raptors on Friday, but they also had impressive wins over the Pelicans, Cavs and Bucks. Aside from the 47-point drubbing they took against the Mavericks, they've been competetive on most nights.
Wins and losses ultimately don't matter in the preseason, nor will they during the regular season from this group. Rather, player development is the yardstick by which the Bulls will be measured. There were some individual bright spots and sources of disappointment in the finale.
