KenPom: Which program will have it the toughest in non-conference play

There comes a time during the offseason where your favorite team releases its non-conference schedule. Among the scraps of news we get over the summer, this classifies as exciting. Often the press release will tout the difficulty of the schedule. This year, it seems like people are impressed if a team appears in a neutral-site tournament and has a couple of true road games against opponents that have made the postseason recently.
Even the most ambitious power-conference program is going to schedule a few home games against much weaker competition. For that reason, the race for the toughest non-conference schedule almost always involves teams in the conferences that get little attention.
