After making his MLS debut off the bench Saturday at Toyota Park, Chicago Fire rookie Jon Bakero turned in a memorable performance for Tulsa Roughnecks FC -- the Fire's USL affiliate -- Wednesday in Fresno, Calif.
Bakero was a halftime substitute for the Roughnecks in their road match against Fresno FC, making an immediate impact with his side trailing 1-0 at the intermission. Minutes after his introduction, Bakero found space on the left edge of the penalty area and lofted a smart service across the box to an onrushing Paris Gee.
