Game On! Fire Ready for First Preseason Friendly of 2016

TAMPA, Fla. -- There will be experimentation, trialists and perhaps even a pervasive sense of uncertainty, but the Chicago Fire are set for their first matchday of the 2016 campaign.

After a full week spent training at the home of the University of South Florida, Veljko Paunovic's side will square off against their hosts, the South Florida Bulls, at 4 p.m. CT Saturday (Feb. 6). The preseason friendly will stream live on Chicago-Fire.com, with Orlando City SC television play-by-play man Jeff Radcliffe on the call.

The game is likely to feature a lively atmosphere for an inaugural preseason contest, with USF opening up Corbett Stadium for spectators and pre-match youth clinics.
