CHICAGO (November 7, 2016) – Chicago Fire midfielder David Accam has been selected to take part in Ghana’s upcoming 2018 World Cup Qualifying match against Egypt on Sunday, Nov. 13.
The 2016 Fire MVP and Golden Boot winner will join the Black Stars for a training camp in Dubai before traveling to Alexandria for the qualifier. Ghana has been drawn into Group E with Congo, Egypt and Uganda
Additionally, Fire Academy midfielder Djordje Mihailovic has been selected by U.S. U-19 Men’s National Team head coach Brad Friedel for the team’s final training camp of the year in Sunrise, Fla.
