Chicago Fire Soccer Club Acquires Goalkeeper David Ousted

BRIDGEVIEW, Ill. (Jan. 27, 2019) – The Chicago Fire Soccer Club announced today that it has claimed goalkeeper David Ousted off waivers. Ousted is under contract with the Fire for the 2019 MLS season with a Club option for the 2020 season. He will occupy an international spot on the Fire’s roster.

“We set out to find an experienced goalkeeper to complete our corps,” said Chicago Fire Soccer Club President and General Manager Nelson Rodriguez. “In David we have secured a proven first-choice goalkeeper who retains a hunger to compete. His familiarity with MLS is a bonus.
